Cade died in Bali on 19 May 2012 leaving children and interests in bank accounts, land and businesses. Cade made a handwritten will which purports to be signed by one Georgia Hall. Anyone who has information as to the content of his estate is requested to contact Greg Finlayson. Information will be treated as confidential communication for the purposes of current and anticipated legal proceedings.
